Cheesy Pepper Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients 6 peeled, sliced large potatoes2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™Cheesy Pepper Soup Mix5 cups hot water1 Tbsp. Bacon Bacon™1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseDirections Boil potatoes in water with Garlic Garlic™ until tender. Prepare soup as directed on package with water; add Bacon Bacon™. Drain pototoes; place in greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle with Seasoned Salt and cheese; pour soup mixture over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Makes 6-8 servings.
